3. Think before you give a dishonest answer, explanation, sarcasm, or reason.

Reflection: This would mean how you need to be cautious to what you say or do. It would mean to have the same thoughts as the other person and to have manners and respect for the other person you are talking to. Also to never be rude to someone if you hate them or they hate you. It is better to have the person to be liking you than to have the other way around. Never bother someone so then they won't bother you.

Quote: "The mind is everything. What you think you become." - Buddha

I will put this in my daily life by thinking before saying. Also to never be rude or to be putting down someone in order to not have a negative idea or thought.

4. Be careful of when and how you use exaggeration, sarcasm, or irony.

Reflection: This how you should be careful of how one person is saying something to the other. How you should be very cautious of how and what you do in order to have the trust of others and how you also trust them. It also means to not always have the choice of irony but to have the choice of being truthful and to not the negativity of irony in your speech or the other person's speech.

Quote: "Neither irony or sarcasm is argument." - Samuel Butler
I will put this into my daily life by applying it to the words a choose and the way I speak to others and the others speak to me. i will also choose to be polite to my colleagues and friends in order to avoid the distrust of them.

Example of white lie: Telling your mother her food is great when in fact it was terrible.

I would add it to my daily life to not lie for anything. To always tell the truth in order to have trust in others and the way they treat me too. Also to always tell the truth in order to have a good reputation.

7. Watch out for silent lies.
Reflection: This means that you shouldn't agree with everything that someone says. It is a way to see if someone or something is lying to you or someone else. Also it is bad to do this because it can lead to distrust and also a bunch of miscommunication between the person or a thing.

The Seven Habits

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People

Habit 1: Be Proactive
Habit 2: Begin with the end in mind
Habit 3: Put First Things First
Habit 4: Think Win-Win
Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, then to be Understood
Habit 6: Synergize
Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw
Habit 1: Be Proactive
"Habit 1 is the key to unlocking all the other habits and that's why it comes first. It says, "Ia m the caption of my life. I can choose my attitude. I'm responsible for my own hapiness or unhapiness. I am the driver's seat of my destiny, not just a passenger."
Habit 2: Begin with the end in mind
"Control your own destiny or someone else will." (Jack Welch)

If you don't have control of yourself in life, you will never accomplish anything. If you have control of your life than you have accomplished many things because you have control. In life if someone doesn't control you eventually someone will.

Habit 3: Put First Things First
"Organize and execute around priorities."

Putting first things first is to be organize in different areas. Such as being in order with your doings. and also to be on everything daily in order not to be irresponsible and slagging on your daily doings. Being organized helps you in being a very responsible persons and a person who cares. In order to be that kind of person you have to be very positive and caring about your do's and others.

Habit 4: Think Win-Win
"Think win-win or no deal."

To be in this state of mind you have to be in a perspective of point A to point B. It is to never be distracted and to always be in a positive mood about anything. Whether it being something that is for you or against you. To have this kind of mentality you need to be very loyal to what you want to accomplish in order to complete the task. If you give up than you never will complete anything because you will always be negative towards the situation.

Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, then to be Understood
"Diagnose before you prescribe."

In order for one to be understood you need to be open minded and understand others. To be understood you need to be very understanding for the person you are talking too. You will also be needing to be very respectful in the other persons point of view. If you gain respect of the others you will then be able to be understood in many different ways.

Habit 6: Synergize
"The whole is greater than the sum of its parts (1+1=3)"

The meaning of this quote is that it represents that the whole work that you do is greater than what you do as the answer. It also means that all the time you're trying it will not equal as much as the work you put into to get the answer.
Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw
Four Dimensions of Self-Renewal: Physical, Mental, Spiritual, Social/Emotional

To sharpen the saw it would mean to have reset the way you view things in different ways. How one should think or feel about a situation but it should be positive. To always renew your social terms and your physical terms too. Also how someone would rejuvinate ones self

Reflection: The 7 habits has helped in ways of learning how one speaks and communicates to each other. In ways of making new friends and also learing how one person is. Ways I can imply the 7 habits in my life is using it around people I know or people who I want to befriend.

"Decisions Determine Destiny"

"Decisions Determine Destiny"
- Thomas S. Monson
Reflection: The decisions you make in life are what lead you to what you are today. Your life depends on how you choose it to be. If you choose something bad then your destiny will be bad but if you choose something good then its vice versa. One example of decisions determining destiny is if you want to go with your friends but you know that it is not a good idea to do it. So then you have the decision to either choose the right or choose the wrong which is to stay behind or go with your friends. Now if you choose the right then your destiny will be good. but if you choose the wrong then you will face the consequences.
