Ten Tips to be more Truthful

1. Make a commitment to tell the truth.
Reflection: This would mean to be the very best at something and to not give on what you're doing. To be very open of other choices. Also to never let anyone down. If one is committed then they will always have trust in them. Rather than a liar who no one can never trust. It also means to have faith in what you're doing in order to accomplish what you are doing.

I will apply this tip in my daily life by always telling the truth. It would keep out of trouble and also to have the trust of others.
2. Tell someone about your commitment.
Reflection: To be honest of what you're doing is to have trust with the other person. It would show that you're showing what you think and also how you think. It would show the person how you are and also the way you view things in order to understand them. It also shows how one person would faithful enough to show the way one person is thinking and also the way one responds to the other.

I would share in my daily life in order to have the trust of others and so others can like the way I am. It would show my honesty and also the way I act and think.
3. Think before you give a dishonest answer, explanation, sarcasm, or reason.
Reflection: This would mean how you need to be cautious to what you say or do. It would mean to have the same thoughts as the other person and to have manners and respect for the other person you are talking to. Also to never be rude to someone if you hate them or they hate you. It is better to have the person to be liking you than to have the other way around. Never bother someone so then they won't bother you.

I will put this in my daily life by thinking before saying. Also to never be rude or to be putting down someone in order to not have a negative idea or thought.
4. Be careful of when and how you use exaggeration, sarcasm, or irony.
Reflection: This how you should be careful of how one person is saying something to the other. How you should be very cautious of how and what you do in order to have the trust of others and how you also trust them. It also means to not always have the choice of irony but to have the choice of being truthful and to not the negativity of irony in your speech or the other person's speech.

I will put this into my daily life by applying it to the words a choose and the way I speak to others and the others speak to me. i will also choose to be polite to my colleagues and friends in order to avoid the distrust of them.
5. Be careful not to twist the truth or leave out part of it.
Reflection: This is how one will need to always be true in order for someone you know can trust you. It also means that the person you tell the truth has to know everything. How the person should know any real truth and to not have the decency of leaving some of the truth out. If you do, it would show that you are dishonest and doesn't like to tell the truth.

I will apply this to my daily life by adding to my friends and my family. Also to never leave out anything. It would show that I couldn't be trusted with facts or statistics.
6. Don't indulge in little white lies.
Reflection: This means how you shouldn't always lie because it could lead to bigger things. As in if you keep lying the person cannot trust you as much. Or also if you keep lying some other people can take the lie as something not meaningful or something not important.

Example of white lie: Telling your mother her food is great when in fact it was terrible.
I would add it to my daily life to not lie for anything. To always tell the truth in order to have trust in others and the way they treat me too. Also to always tell the truth in order to have a good reputation.
7. Watch out for silent lies.
Reflection: This means that you shouldn't agree with everything that someone says. It is a way to see if someone or something is lying to you or someone else. Also it is bad to do this because it can lead to distrust and also a bunch of miscommunication between the person or a thing.

I would put this into my daily life by applying it to my friends and to my family. I would always tell the truth in order to have the trusts in others and so they also begin to trust them.
8. When you catch yourself lying, throw your mouth into reverse.
Reflection: This that you should always be careful of what you say in order to not say something you won't regret. It also means to have caution of what you intend to say. It would cause very much distrust and it could lead to someone not having the trust you have for the other person. Catching a lie can also lead to saving a friendship and also leading to great things. If you didn't catch the lie then it could lead to bad things such separation and desperation.

I would put this into my daily life and in order to not say something I will regret. Such as always saying the truth and in order to that I will always be honest and never tell a lie.
9. Talk to yourself.
Reflection: This means that you should know who you are. To know how one is and how you act around others. It is to get to know yourself even more than what you do. It is also something that you should do often and be able to have the knowledge or what you are and what you know about yourself. It also means to understand how and what you do to yourself and others. To be able to see what and how you do something and how it can affect others in way too.

I will put this into my life by applying it to myself. Also to have the option to have to talk to myself in order to have a better understanding of myself. In a way I will appreciate myself and others also.
10. Treat yourself when you tell the truth.
Reflection: To tell the truth is something to be very proud of or to be very courageous. It is courageous because it can very hard a person to say the truth in order to keep the friendship or to also not lose trust. So you should always have a positive response in order to have the will of telling the truth.

I will apply this to my daily life by always telling the truth and to always reward myself because I told the truth. I will also have the good feeling of telling the someone the truth when I could've lied.
Reflection
The ten tips helped me in many ways as in helping communicate with others and helping other people to trust me in order to get their friendship and honor. It can benefit me as in getting me to be a good person and to not lie and be a dishonest person. I am using tip 8 because I can say things that I either don't mean or I am not using proper terms. It makes a difference in my life by gaining the like of other people and also gaining their trust. I will incorporate other tips to my life planning goals such as tip 10 and to treat myself in order to find respect in my self and to gain the respect of others.
